Tuesday The White House announced that blue prints for Obamas climate change initiative will cut green house emissions by 1/3 at least. The U.S. and China are the two largest producers of green house gases, in November obama and Xi Jinping (China's president) plan to give their plans for green initiatives. Obama has many domestic plans for this, such as freezing construction of coal fired factories, increasing fuel economy of vehicles, and plugging methane leaks. But the plan relies largely on executive authority but with a republican locked congress this will be hard to pass.
