Greek Demonstrations Turn Violent
Just about each year around this time, students and workers and anarchists from all over Greece take over the Athens polytechnic to celebrate the 1973 student uprising. The students were protesting the Greek military agenda that ruled the nation from 1967-1974. To commemorate the uprising every year they protest. The protest ends in Exarchia a neighborhood made famous for being the birthplace of the anarchist movement in Greece. During the protests it tends to turn violent and leads to death for a few. The police will use tear gas, rubber bullets, flash bangs, and batons till the protests diminish.
Rolling Stone and Rape on Campus
Rolling Stone the popular magazine published an article telling of a rape incident on the university of Virginia campus. The victim was Jackie a freshman in the university. The magazine recognized that there was mistakes in the article. The journalist of the article even failed to contact the victim. Over the past couple years there has been quite a lot rape and sexual assault allegations at many campuses around the country. Due to the Clery Act campuses are to publish crime to the proper authorities but campuses have been known to have their shortcomings in this range. Although campy sexual violence remains all too real there does happen to be false reports as well. With 2-8% of the reports being false.

America Created ISIS
In this documentary piece by vice Mark Danner talks about how the Bush administration failed to show how much of a disruption we would create in the Middle East. It didn't just start with the Bush administration, it started with the Reagan administration when they gave power and money to the militant groups of these areas. The funds and weaponry and information we gave them to fight the soviets backfired and led to us being attacked on 9/11 by the very same groups we helped. In term we helped Al Qeada grow and ISIS is just its spawn. A more heated, more angry spawn. 2,996 died on 9/11 the wars after killed 2,500,000 people. http://youtu.be/GU2avVIHde8

Blockbuster Wireless Auction
The Federal Communications Commision is auctioning off wireless frequencies. Much of which are going for tens of billions of dollars. Show the world how truly much telecommunications markets are booming. Even though these companies are bidding for this it doesn't seem right to the FCC for what they are auctioning off. Due to the president trying to limit the companies such as Verizon and Sprint from having too much of a share in a market aka a monopoly. But some of the money raised will be used for firstnet which is used commonly by police and fire fighters and other public safety agencies. We however suspect that these biddings will go to court if Obamas plan goes into place.
