Getting Off Free
William Dehayes, last July was practicing gun slinging when he accidentally fired the gun. The firearm shot Katherine Hoover, Williams friends wife right in the temple. Mrs Hoover was five months pregnant at the time. The medics got there and brought Hoover to the hospital in the hopes to save the mother and the child. Sadly both died. Medical examiners ruled the deaths as homicides, but no charges are filed against William. According to the Daily Beast William clear feels very bad about what happened, in an interview with the local sherif, he said "I haven't slept in three days trying to figure out how the gun went off". This is a clear example of stupidity at its finest
